We advise boards and executives on governance models, leadership development, and engagement strategies. We have worked with public and private university boards, large and small businesses, not-for profits, the Governments of Canada and British Columbia, and the Canadian Armed Forces.
Who we are
Leslie "Skip"Â Triplett has practiced leadership as a CEO reporting to a Board and as a Board Chair overseeing a CEO. He uses both perspectives to design governance, leadership, and engagement practices that tap an organization's creativity. He holds a B.A. from Concordia University, an M.B.A. from Simon Fraser University, and an LL.D. (Honoris Causa) from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
Linda "Stewart" Triplett has designed and taught organizational development and anthropology courses for post-secondary institutions and for private clients. She holds a B.A. from Concordia University and an M.A. from McGill University.
